Windows XP (and maybe Vista too, don't know): Click Start. Click Run (or whatever in local language). Type CMD and press Enter. Type Tracert 87.237.38.200 and press Enter. Let it do its thing and wait... with that said, Denmark, Cybercity, getting poor connection after I hit Telenor connections, so maybe they have issues there...

But since I cannot see the name of the server AFTER the last good Telenor connection, it's impossible to know if Telenor or the other end is at fault. If the next jump was another Telenor server, it's their fault. If not.... Who knows...
