I seem to have a similar problem - since microsofts latest security patches eve seem to randomly freeze my computer, it seems to be predominatly happen when im docked wich is wierd also seems that some stations - amarr - cause this to happen more ...

its not just a ccp server that have changed ip cant access for example www.bbc.co.uk or www.royal.gov.uk either

I bet its Telenor looks like it from my tracert even if I cant be 100% sure, Telenor is a big fail and since they took over BBB its gone from possibly the best ISP in the world to a very average at best.
