Doubt well see anything like that in the near future, CVA have poved themselves time and time again to be able to hold their own territory while under pressure.
Also, isn't this like turning into a CAOD thread?
Besides, the amarr empire would probably stop fighting over low sec objectives that dont mean anything and go help CVA for all the good pvp and cap kills if CVA ever did actually have a serious threat to its territory. lol

This won't happen for several reasons.
1) Who wants providence anyhow? It's the single worst chunk of 0.0 to fight over, only geminate could be argued as worse, but geminate at least drops arby launchers.
2) CVA don't bleed members. A war of attrition is not the way to attack CVA. It would take internal spying on a high level, bribery and a heavy show of force.
3) CVA is a highly political machine, they have several members who do nothing all day but plant their lips on the backsides of other major alliances, so you'll find it difficult to receive assistance in taking their space.
4) They are role players. Beating up on role players who hold the worst chunk of null sec in the game is like catching the neighborhood millionaire geek in Compton and smacking him around while hoping that his paid bodyguards don't show up soon.
Sooo, as soon as you find a couple of major alliances who want to be in a protracted fight with EVE's pocket protector brigade, all of their friends and all of their political allies, then give me a call. I'll definitely help when someone gets serious about it.

I've heard about this through one of my contacts and thought it was a better story than TRI killing outposts on a week night to be honest.
CVA are protecting their "assets" from REPO incursions is the official CVA party line on this.
However, in reality they are protecting a pet that were/are getting killed in empire by REPO.
The empire killing was going well and so it spread to YM as REPO backtracked the target to its empire entry point. CVA thought they best save face by dropping in a MOM against a REPO scout gang. Their intel was so poor however that the REPO gang never showed so they decided to kill people they thought were remotely connected with REPO going through. I guess they figured well were here now might aswell kill things. Officially CVA maintain they question people who are not known to them before they kill them but in reality anyone can ask for a KOS on their website.
This is secondhand information by the way as I'd make a rubbish spy.

Please stop all the posts here. At first it was all just harmless posting but now it's probably near page three. We don't need CAOD like threads on C&P. To be perfectly honest in my time operating in Providence I have not seen CVA purposely attacking neutral they didn't see a threat to them in some way. In character I would love to see CVA fall but as a player I have much respect for the effort they have gone to in securing and building up Providence. Everyone of course makes mistakes and some people are quick to jump on them as use them a definitive "proof" of one thing or another. CVA have their version of NRDS that they feel is needed to keep their space as open as possible whilst maintaining some degree of control and security. Don't like it? Remove them (or at least try to) or don't go there.

Death Scourge was a REPO member, but to my knowledge was sold.
Not that any of this really matter as CVA can kill who the hell they like in their own space.

Yeah fanboi  . I have fought with and agaisnt CVA so seen things from both sides over the last year or so, plus what I said wasnt me jumping to their defence, it's called Stating The Obvious and being realistic.
