All covert ops ships look reasonably awesome, but the Anathema, with all the shapeliness of the Magnate but with the Khanid color scheme, simply outclasses. The Malediction is a close second, what with its auxiliary thrusters and **pit detracting only slightly from the otherwise excellent design. The Pilgrim has a hideous front, but more than compensates for it with its color scheme and engines. The Buzzard is dark, purposeful, and downright appealing in a way that only a functionalistic ship can be. And finally, the Onyx combines a perfect color scheme with the Moa's odd, hooked design for an eerily menacing ship, even in spite of the lumpy auxiliary left engine. Honors go to the Khanid color scheme Apocalypse and Navy Apocalypse, the Abaddon, and all the Merlin hull variants, the Phantasm Cruiser, the Dramiel Frigate, the Hel Mothership, the Vargur Marauder and the Ark Jump Freighter. Worst looking ships, in order of appearance, with the worst looking first: 1: Raven 2: Osprey 3: Rupture 4: Caracal 5: Celestis For ugliest ship, the choice was more difficult. But at last, the Raven, with its clumsy design and hideous main engine, won out. It looks like the bastard offspring of a water tap and a tank engine. Secondly, the Osprey was not far away, with its spindly, off and lumpy looks, and terrible **pit. The Rupture was at first not a main choice, but at last it was decided that its design was just too bulky and beamy to go with the main Minmatar 'scrapheap' philosophy. The Caracal, a canvas stand with vacuum cleaners for engines on it, was not far after. And at last, the decision between the Celestis and the Dominix for reigning 'space turd' was a hard one, but at last the Celestis won out because of its appalling engines. Pointers to the Dominix, the Slasher and its derivatives, the Coercer, the Stabber and Scythe Cruisers, the Nightmare, the Prophecy Battlecruiser, the Typhoon Battleship and the Moros Dreadnought.

Incursus and Merlin are damn solid as well, and I think the Maulus looks cool as well. Rifter isn't pretty but tough looking instead. I'll put a vote in for the Catalyst actually, I think its pretty darn cool looking, despite the asymmetry. I hate most cruisers and above (in looks) outside of the Thorax and Megathron.

Caldari ships are often full of character - they tend to do specific tasks well but are poor generalist ships. If one were to characterize the Eagle, I figure it would probably be an australlian accented sniper straight out of Team Fortress 2 where the Drake would be the stupid yet endearing soldier from any war movie ever made. The Basklisk is the medic - always a fun character but you know it's just going to die and leave you broken hearted. The key to liking any Caldari ship is finding that thing they are fantastically well equipped to handle. In time the relationship you build with your ship will lead to your defending it on internet forums and finally coming to terms with how horrible it looks. If flown long enough even the most terrible looking caldari ship will start to resemble the physical manifestation of death in a sportscar, thanks primarily to the hypno programming coded into the blue blinking lights.

In time the relationship you build with your ship will lead to your defending it on internet forums and finally coming to terms with how horrible it looks. If flown long enough even the most terrible looking caldari ship will start to resemble the physical manifestation of death in a sportscar, thanks primarily to the hypno programming coded into the blue blinking lights. Frigates Magnate, specifically Anathema and Gold and Silver variants Dramial (beautiful ship, and my favorite frigate until they changed the Anathema hull) Punisher, T2 variants (retribution with full turrets looks wicked) Amarr Navy Slicer Executioner, T2 variants (Khanid is the one I like the looks of best) Tristan (I do like the look of this ship, don't know why) Rifter (like a hot rod) Merlin Destroyers Coercer (only one I think looks worth a damn) Cruisers Omen (Don't like the look of the navy issue or the Zealot, actually) Arbitrator (Curse, obviously) Scythe Stabber Battlecruisers Prophecy (its' a turkey, but it's a nice looking turkey) Damnation is the best Hurricane Battleships Armageddon, only one worth a damn. Bhaalgorn is beautiful Megathron. Awesome name, beautiful hot-rod-esque design. Carriers/Motherships/Dreads/Titans Nyx (beautiful ship) Avatar Archon Thanatos Nidhoggur And please lets not forget the frieghters. The Omen looks only OK but the Zealot has really grown on me. It looks sleek and evil. Ishkur/Enyo/Incursus Absolution/Damnation (I honestly like both colour schemes) Megathron (looks so awesome as of Trinity) Hurricane Paladin Sleipnir Angel pirate ships are generally the best, but Gurista get honourable mentions for making Caldari hulls palatable. I even quite like the Gila.
