I used to fit MWD's on my Ravens, problem is they are still way too slow and burn alot cap, Only time i ever used it was to approach a gate, however it's just as easy to warp to a belt then 0km from gate. So really a MWD on a Raven is not that imp...

Probably the best way to find out is look in the bouty system ingame, look for the best bouties, go to http://www.battleclinic.com/ type in their name and see where they do their killing and the last system or time they did it.
