Keep in mind you don't need to be docked to leave a corp. If you have no roles and the CEO boots you, you're out. Which can lead to Concordokken.
Did a ruling ever come down on Ivy League's war dec exploit? I mean if you're going to say corp jumping to launch sneak attacks or trick people into getting Concorded is illegal, surely making a bunch of alt corps go to war to absorb the dec'd corps to increase the amount your opponents pay in war fees is an exploit.
You're using game mechanics in ways they were not intended. You can see that from the link of the guy I posted. It's easy to see it's an exploit when they quit corp 30 seconds after the war email goes out and they're in a new corp instantly. All the corp CEO's are brand new characters with max corp management skills.
C'mon CCP, if you're going to make insta-quitting/joining corps an exploit because it gets someone killed, then it has to be an exploit if people are using it to avoid getting killed. If you're going to make alliance-hopping to clear wars off a corp, then making placeholder alt corps and insta-jumping to avoid war should be an exploit.
CCP has always said they can't prove why someone left/joined a corp so the corp hopping to avoid war was never a quantifiable exploit. Now mysteriously they're able to tell when people are joining/jumping a corp to get kills. If you can tell they're using it to score kills, you should be able to tell when they're making fake corps to jump to in an effort to avoid dying.
Especially nowadays with the new changes to Concord and suicide ganking, it seems like high sec is safe to AFK in again and it's safe to sit in an NPC corp.
