Someone claims that her learning skills at lvl 5 plus a standing of +10 with a Minmatar agent has earned her a lvl 5 mission agent in Heimatar Region, high sec system. I do not believe this crap for a minute - especially the part in which she claims she tanked and completed the mission solo. I am a seriously good tanker - she could never bust mine, so I know damn well if I cant tank a lvl 5 yet, then someone is tryin to pull my chain. I have several lvl 5 agents myself - all in low sec - and obviously never flown. SInce Carriers are used in these missions, I rather doubt one will find such a mission in high sec! However to lend her the benefit of the doubt, if anyone here knows contrary to what I believe with info that supports her wild assed claim plz post it here in this thread. null |

First off, her learning skills have nothing to do with it. Second, there are no high sec Level 5 agents, but some low sec Level 5 agents will occassionally send you to high sec space to run a mission. ------------

It's highly improbable that someone has completed a Level5 solo. Not saying it couldn't be done, but they're simply not designed as lone experiences. Perhaps 23 hours between DT's should be sufficient.

It's actually not that improbable, let alone rare. There's quite a few around who's been running level 5's with a solo nighthawk or carrier. It's just not very lucrative.

How to do a level 5 solo - Get a correct carrier with correct skills and fittings - Have your level 5 agent give you a level 5 mission with no deadspace in the same system - Undock your carrier, warp to the mission - Destroy all NOS except one, so they won't respawn and you can handle one - Kill everything and watch for pilots probing you - Warp back to station, complete the mission - Success
This has surpassed the Yarrdware specification and has been dubbed Uberware. |

Moderately pimped passive ishtar can solo almost all lvl 5s, problem being you would be cheaper loosing a tii fit carrier, which would also do it faster. They might be designed for groups, but the effort/reward is horribly skewed. ***The EVE servers and their patches*** |

Firstly Lv5 mission = major isk suckage!
2nd: Lv 5 solo is very doable in a nighthawk.

u can make every lvl 5 miss in a raven (with t2 fits) and a basilisk(u need a maxed basilisk pilot thou) and lvl 5 are quite easy, even if i done only caldari ones, its more hard to escape the pirates players not the npc

They are from "the old system" and no don't exist as such. Go travel to a few of them and see.

For another example, look for Jove agents. There's some Jove agents left in Jove space (which nobody but CCP can get to), but Eve Agents lists quite a few in Empire. None of these actually exist. I've looked for quite a few of them since I want to raise my Jove standing, just in case.

not only that but they are event agents, and the top ones are chribbas private lvl 5 agents in superduperhigsec (where concord kills you for thinking about attacking people) and they are located in his private station, in his private system in his own constilation. it is the only system that sells veldspar BPO's (and i think that you can get t2 veldspar bpc's from the LP-shop)
