It could very well be any of them, but Darius has demonstrated his incompetence and lack of maturity, and I full-heartedly believe the CSM as well as CCP will take note of that when selecting a replacement for the Chairman position.

While I suppose it is "better than nothing" it does not undo the damage you have caused us all. Stepping down entirely is the only way to remove the stain of your poor judgement.

I ask you to look beyond your power mad aspirations and do the right thing for us all: Step down from the CSM so that we can begin the healing process and get some closure. Mainstream gaming media will adore you for it and the players will rejoice. Merely abdicating the Chair is a token gesture that will be viewed with cynicism not from just your detractors, but by everyone who is familiar with who your really are. I am outraged that you think this does anything to address the severity of what you have done to us all.

Instead of this token gesture, if in fact this what you think will atone for what you have done-do something meaningful and quit the the Council completely so that the CSM may once again enjoy the respect of the player base. I urge you to take into account the bigger picture and for once-do the right thing. Your full resignation is the one and only this that will set this right.

i honestly done think it matters anyway, the ceo of goonswarm is unlikely to have only one account, and all this is only really going to appease to the masses of idiots that have been annoyed by the mittani in the past.

You know as well as anyone else that what matters when it comes to public statements inciting harassment against another, is that you made the public statement inciting harassment. The actual mental state of the target doesn't matter, just as in a defamation case it doesn't matter if what you utter are factual statements, it only matters that there is an impact in the perception of the target by the population you spoke to. As a result of your statement, there were more gankings in the system your target occupies: there was a measurable impact in the attitude of the population you spoke to.



I disagree: the problem was more with you running your mouth off without considering what you were saying, especially given that there were cameras in the room broadcasting your words live to the thousands of people who weren't in the room with you, whose appreciation for your humour could not be gauged.

There is absolutely no incompatibility between being The Mittani and being CSM Chairman. I found the calls for your resignation during the Ice Interdiction to be laughable. You could, of course, stand for CSM Chairman with a sock puppet alt. This should help distance The Mittani from CSM Chairman even though both roles are played by the same human.
