This behaviour is not acceptable in any medium. He did not just shout out in local you suck go kill your self. He knew the guy was suicidal and then tried to encourage it. This was also pre meditated he came to the speech prepared for this. Drunk had nothing to do with this. Stepping down from this position is the least of his punishments, if CCP does not ban the account there practicably saying we don't care try to get people to kill themselves. Mit has not even on any level apologized for this he is just trying to mitigate any damage CCP might do to him by saying look I apologized I have him a days worth of goon rent. Non of this excuses his premeditated behaviour and he needs to accept any consequences that befall him and no one should be defending his heinous actions. How CCP will let this go un-punished is beyond me, stepping down from the counsel is not a punishment.

Disregarding the votes would mean not having Mittani on the CSM at all. He was elected, then stepped down from that position. Nothing was disregarded. It's much like how the Presidential impeachment process works. If a President is removed form office, it doesn't suddenly mean that he was never elected to it in the first place. Also, from what I understand CCP didn't do anything. Mittani did. EDIT Nevermind, apparently News Happened while I was making dinner. Please ignore.

It strikes me a little ridiculous as to how far hes taking this issue. Hes on the CSM for gods sakes, its not like represents the entirety of eve and CCP and every action they partake in has a diverse effect on the entire gaming community.
