Hi everyone,
obviously I posting as an alt. I am about to join a major Pirate Corp and have a unique oppertunity. I am a director in my current PVE Corp. The corp is extremely rich, owning hundreds of BPOs, ships and mods. I have access to all hangers, cans, etc inclding the corp wallet 100 bill+. The question no is not one of Morale (I got none)
The question is: Is it in terms of game rules legal for me to steal everything including all assets, ships (even from member hangers) without them filing a petition and getting the stuff back.

To answer yer question, yes it is completely legal to steal everything ingame. The only thing illegal is stealing accounts or using stolen accounts to steal ingame items, that is wrong. But corp theft is a-ok.
Please, please, please, give us screenshots of all the loots and maybe some chat logs (corp/alliance chats) when they find out. You must laugh at them in corp chat and rile them up. I live on carebear tears and I need more juice!

If you actually do this:
a) Post pics/screenshots of the loot, and your wallet balance before and after or some pics as proof.
b) Post the name of the alliance/corp that you bilked the goods from, pretty please. 
As far as your question, yes, it's permitted, and CCP will not do anything against you for in-game thievery.

I see big carebear corps with aforementioned stuff everywhere all over EVE revoking hangar and wallet access.
It was like a million souls screamed all at once.

You won't get banned or have the stuff taken back but you'd better be prepared to write off your main as no one will trust him ever again with so much as an ammo hanger. Forget about members hangers you can't take crap out of those (can see them and put stuff in but not remove). Douchebag move but it's your choice.

If you actually check the EULA, it says all the characters, isk and game items are the property of CCP, so you're not stealing any virtual goods in any legal sense, as it isn't the players property anyway.

EDIT: oh, and like everyone said, no you cant be petioned, the most that will happen is that the CEO of the corp is going to quit (), you might get a few mercs on your back, if they have anything left to hire any that is

Possibly not a troll, rather some newbie got the security officer role and went "OMG I'm rich!". The corp thief fanboys in this thread are going to be disappointed when that 100bn is 99% Navy Ravens and Nighthawks tucked away safely in member's hangers.
