This means less salvage will be retrieved because some people are scared to death of being flagged to others, which of course means that rig prices will go up. I do not believe that the OP's suggestion that their price will "skyrocket" is accurate though, since so many wrecks end up sitting in empty belts. Why worry about a flag when nobody is around to shoot you when you perform the criminal action? Typical Eve Forum sensationalizing if you ask me.
