drat, second. -edit- okay, fifth..
if you're going to take it out, at least tell us the real reason. it's not 'the balance', it's that you want us to pay while we wait for the 30-50 day battleship V skills go through, not to mention the capital ship skills, or pretty much any other month-or-more skill. there isnt a thing we can do about it, other than stomp our collective feet, but the least you can do is not lie to us.

a couple ideas got tossed out that i kinda like in place of ghost training, so i'm putting them out there (yes, i'm putting it in quotes, all you English majors with your MLA format can go to hell)

If you really want to get players to get rewarded enable all characters on one account to be able to train at the same time if their account is active.
not saying both need to be implemented, but if you're going to screw with the fundamentals of the game, replace what you take out.
