poetry question: how many many account will be unsubscribe from now if they move this ? i guess so many. At the end they will be lost more money thats it simple.... if just 20 person wont pay anymore his char then they lost 1400 euro per year.and this is just the beginning. yes , this is simple pure business.they lost money, much money from now....
Umm, this has me a little confused... How is CCP losing this money when they never had it to begin with since as soon as people get into their long skills, they stop their subscription, thus entering their ghost training, and will not have to pay for it for probably at the very least a month. If you were planning on playing for a year, why in the world would removing ghost training bother you at all? CCP can not lose money that they are not getting through people ghost training. The worst that can happen is people reactivate those ghost training accounts just to strip them of their stuff. In the long run, you can not lose money you are not getting, ghost training is a nice removal.

Originally by: Praesus Lecti I quite doubt that the number of people who are declaring that they are canceling additional accounts will actually do so. But I really hope they do...I prayto every conceivable diety that the accounts are indeed canceled and remain gone forever. I'd love to see the herd thin out a bit.
CCP will not go bankrupt over this decision. Their balance sheet will barely register a blip with this change. Cry all you emo tears you can muster, this is a good change to EVE.
Agreed. To me, all these people threatening to cancel their accounts are just making an excuse not to play the game. If you are going to stop playing Eve, this most definitely is not a good reason for it.
P.S. If anyone quits, can I have your stuff?

Originally by: Avon Personally I don't really see the problem.
Then again, I have always kept my accounts active.
Maybe now newer players who are willing to pay for what they get can catch up with older players who aren't?
I think its a good idea to remove this. Maybe this will finally get rid of a bunch of people we do not need around. My accounts are always active too, and if I ever have to go anywhere, I have friends who can take of my account for me
