Its not a poll. I just find it interesting in relation to the price development in the game, since many prices seem to constantly drop.
Maybe you could answer whether you have more or fewer on an average day now as compared to 6 months ago?

i has 40 mill isk, and a noob ship ( need to go shopping just lost a stock pile of ships in the war. )
probably go rat sometime during the week for a few days
so ya ... old doesnt necersally mean rich and to hell i aint doing missions or mining =P

I am defelente not an average person nor is my wallet
id say my walllet averages about 12-20MIL or less when im in a combat era of my life
and if im more on a carebarish era, my wallet averages about 200mil then ends up going down and up

It's really sad, but aside from my level 2 agent that's ATLEAST 20 jumps from where I've set up base, I have absolutely no income except from the insurance money I get when I insure a cruiser or frigate that I get from the corp hangar (for free). It makes me feel really bad inside and makes me want to hide in a dark room and be very quiet and small and pathetic.  (which i am)

At a guess, I would say I now have more thanks to the falling prices of the T2 modules that I love.
As to the subject, then at a guess, I would say that most characters have enough to be getting on with

I tend to average about 100 million ISK in my wallet at any given time, but I have about 1-1.5 billion in escrow and assets.
Unspent ISK tends to burn a hole in my pocket.

I'd say I always keep a minimum of 125 million ISK liquid and about 200-300mil in assets (always have things like PvE battleships, blockade runner, useless faction ships etc). I generally have plenty of PvP toys though 
I kinda gave up on the ISK grind however, I guess when it runs out I come back to ISK making.

Last I checked, I had 2m in my wallet and around 700k in corp wallet. Been playing for 2 years. :(
Also my assets are really only about 200m at the most.

I'm by no means rich, but I usually have around a billion in pure isk in my wallet with another 5-6 billion invested in various things and assets. Some buds of mine have in excess of 30-40 billion and t2 bpo's and such to boot, but I wasent that lucky  .
I know of a guy who has over 300b and many t2 bpo's, but hes not a bud, more of a adversary who likes to outbid me on things.

As a mission-runner, I always had a fair bit of money, but never enough. At least, not until salvaging was introduced. Salvaging level 4 missions will net you easily 15-25+ million each, on top of the basic rewards. You just have to be smart about what you sell and how (named modules and salvage can both go for a pretty penny, but you need to use sell orders-the default prices will always be too low.)
Even salvaging level 3s is profitable as long as you don't spend too long doing it.

bout 0 to 20 mil usualy
6 months ago i was a noob
i own 2x BS of about 140m each thats would put me about 300m total
got lots of other production related stuff (vex BPO & some other BS copy prints)
i bought lots of skills (got lots of 1-3 lvl)
not realy up to T2 stuff yet
heard somme ppl making bil in days but i have no idea how they do it
