I want an abso with a 7th turret slot, a little more grid, a little more cap, and maybe a 4th mid. and then i want about half my SP in ship command refunded to i can make it useful to me. and i want my perception and willpower boosted.
as for stuff outside the game, i could go for an annual "allowance" of about $250k. no more working, i could get a nice car, nice house, a nice plane. talk about perfect...

I want a complete and separate second Eve server to see where the game would go if everything started from scratch again...everyone starting back in Empire, everyone starting over, market resets, EVERYTHING. That to me would be very interesting and I'd probably cancel my accounts on Tranq to join the new server

70% tax on all characters older than 30 days whenever they are in an npc corp.
Lowsec and 0.0 to be made profitable for those that don't want to lick an alliances shoes.
Discouraging of Blobbing; fleetsize restrictions, eh...not sure how this would happen.
Stealth Bombers get more cpu, covops cloak, bombs un-nerfed and made cheaper and effective vs small ships (it a uni-directional explosion FFS!)
Blackops get covops cloak and useful bonus' or a variant that can fit one.
Maintaining cloak on anything but a covops, SB, Blackops or recon style ship takes massive amounts of cap.
Local delayed in 0.0, in lowsec you get an aggregated local for every system within 1 jump. Local in Empire untouched. Better D scanner functionality; on-screen overlay showing scan angles, auto-refresh function.
AC's and Artillery get a boost, V bonus on stabber increased to 7%. Munin gets twin dmg bonus amongst other things
