I know you're a good writer, so I'm serious enough to be willing to offer a small donation in the sum of a few billion for something really good.

What can I say, dealt with like an Adult, spoken to with respect and situation dealt with as required.
I would highly recommend these folks if you need help, no matter the size of the task. Why deal with "cheaper" versions who might run off with your ISK anyway or not resolve your issue. Place your trust with the Guiding Hand. 
I can't speak any more highly of these folks, thank you for your assistance - it has been a pleasure.

Just a thought...I thought your corp didnt exist anymore and your recruiting massively NOW? Hmm with your history it feels like this whole recruiting thing has some kind of ****ed up scam involved....dont expect me to give up too much...
Oh and another thought...why wouldn't you change the name of your corp if you are such a big espionage group..after that one big move you made, you are almost famous...are people out there really that dumb to trust you again...
but of course this is just me ranting again on a few crazy ideas

i wouldn't call it massive recruitment, most of the people we brought in are former members or friends of friends, just want to have enough members so you always have people to do stuff with online and inactives are less of a problem
also our corp never stopped existing, always been at least semi-active (generally 20ish members as opposed to our current 60+)
as for being famous, we like it, if we wanted to be all secretive and whatnot we'd have to sell or retire our main characters
anyways feel free to get in touch on IRC or ingame (see corp description for infos)
we don't require donations of people joining, and we don't scam our own members, since that woulda be kinda counter-productive ;P

We don't scam our members, or potential members, would be counter-productive.
We also don't dishonor duels or ransoms for similar reasons.
