Is this a bad joke or what? Personnaly, I'm the kind of guy who likes to run missions alone. A CNR is fine for lvl 4's, but when it comes to lvl 5, its not proper at all. Whats the point of preventing carriers and dreads from entering +0.5 and up? Dont tell me ''lag'', I'm pretty sure it would lag less than Jita is. So I guess training caps ship is useless, since I can't even use them! Lets get in a golem and be lame...
Seriously, think about it again... It is simply lame. I'm sure vets will tell me to stfu and get a gang, but yeah...
Forbiding them here is one of the worst things you've done. Gratz.

They dont allow capital ships into there sovereign space because they could be used to take it :P

Yes, but some of my missions are in high sec, like .5. So when it happens, I'm screwed... Being able to use them where missions are located would be usefull, am I wrong?

You don't need a cap ship to do any level 5. Most can be done with a battleship and two logistics remote repping.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I strongly suspect that CCP has ensured that all L5 missions occur in lowsec, probably by putting the agents in constellations with no hisec systems. Also, what's to stop you declining the one mission in hi-sec?

You don't need a cap ship to do any level 5. Most can be done with a battleship and two logistics remote repping.
But that would require teamplay and if I understad the op correct he prefers the single player version of EVE but wants to earn the teamplayers benefits.
So please CCP give him what he wants or he will quit in emorage.

I don't like loosing 1.0 standing because I refused 2 missions in high sec. But again, my agent is 1 jump away from high sec, wich is hard to know where he will send me.
And I'm not asking much, allow caps ONLY where missions are, I guess it would not be too hard to make right?

Also, where exactly are you running missions in your cap ship in low sec? :)

And my mates would join if we had something to tank with! My CNR's shield is falling in less than 20 secs even with 2 invul T2 and the dmg kind hardener T2...

The answer here is to resist and buffer tank your raven (no point bringing a CNR to a L5 tbh), and have a basilisk or scimitar in gang. 4 large shield transfers should keep you going. Hell, even a rokh setup for shield transfer, cap recharge and scan res would do the job.
As has been said before, Eve is a multiplayer game. Use Friends.

A mission runner complaining about not being able to come to highsec. I've officially have seen it all.
And everybody knows L5's are **** compared to the # of L4's you can complete in that time.

So you are saying that you have a Level 5 agent in lowsec. When you accept a mission he sometimes sends you to highsec to complete a Level 5 mission?
I am not certain about this but that definitely sounds like a bug. |

Understood, no need to repeat 5 times, yeah ofc basilisk owns. ok cool. But would still be USEFULL to tank with a carrier. You can use it in some missions, and you cant in some others, thats ridiculous...

Around 1/3 of the level 5 missions i get from my agents are in highsec, which is a good thing, since they can be done solo in a nighthawk with faction shield resistance amplifiers. Hopefully this won't be changed.

Wrong. there are various agents in Highsec that give Highsec missions most of the time.
There is one located next to stacmon i beleve in gallente space. Gives out missions VS serpentis in highsec about 8/10 missions. I've seen streaks of 20-30 highsec missions in a row when we dumped multiple gangs on the same agent.

Yeah I agree with the OP. I also want to be able to use a titan in a high sec lvl 5. I can't fly one, or afford one, but I want to do it! EMORAGE!!!

Yes some lvl 5s go to High Sec, no this is not a bug. Also the op seems to not realize is all those lvl 5s with gates also don't allow Caps even in low sec.
