Not only should they be stationary and anchored in space, they should not be able to kill other battleships, nor battle cruisers, nor cruisers, nor industrials, nor destroyers, nor frigates (nor anything else I forgot to mention). Only sub, capital, and super class ships.

did someone remove all your mid slots ? , think you have plenty of room left to fit your MWD. + rigs slots + implant slots + gang bonuses

Redeemer: Black Ops 5, cloaked speed 230. No fittings other than the cloak.
Used to be 280, so it took a hit but in the grand scheme of things, not that big of a deal. I'm not sure what the other 3 had for base speed. |

I believe the term I would use to describe 'Battleships' now is... stationary. As opposed to 'Dreadnoughts' which are referred to as... immobile.

You may want to check the historical record before making such a comment. Battleships and aircraft carriers can routinely outrun their escorts, believe it or not.
EDIT: On topic, what Quantum Rise does to BS is, well, BS. I've posted my thoughts in many other threads, so I can't be assed to retype them here.

I think "Quantum Rise" spells it all out...
The smaller and more expensive your ship is, the more viable you will be.
In other words, players flying large ships should expect not to get anything for it.

And the time it takes to get up to that speed is increased by a factor of 4. Acceleration was always more important than top speed.

Didn't you know? It was intended for everything BS-sized and smaller to go several km/sec, just like how heavy assault ships, with increased defensive stats, were suppose to be giant interceptors.
