I just used a Raven with a fairly flimsy tank in the first place (6 mid slot, lows were 4 BCU's and a CPU upgrade - no rigs). I imagine I might actually have to drop a mid slot for a painter and maybe drop BCS for more cap.

If using target painter drones on a raven means it takes you 3 hours to do a level 4, and let's assume we're talking middle grade L4s not the really really long ones (both rooms of WC4, AE4, etc.) or the really really short ones (Right Hand of Spazz), then you've got other problems. Orginally I didn't belive the horrid problems with certain weapons assuming those were being overblown but I agree that the nano nerf was far to heavy handed.
