Dear CCP,

I am writing in regard to the recent announcement in this thread that we will receive racial skills equivalent to our current level of the Battlecruisers skill. As someone with BC 5 already I am deeply worried that I will recieve all racial BCs at lvl 5. I therefore like to request the option not to receive the Caldari BC 5 skill.

My concern is that after getting the new skills it might appear to anyone browsing my skillsheet that at some time I have flown, expressed an interest in flying, transported, or bought a Drake. Any suggestion of an association with said battlecruiser would, I feel, be an eternal stain on my character.

You know what? **** it. There is no pleasing some people.

I would be nice to have the extra sp to put where we want instead of HAVING to put it into BCs, seems fair.

And it can't be tied to what Racial cruiser skills you have, because as it stands no, they aren't needed to TRAIN the BC skill. If someone trains BCV but has no cruiser skill, what do you do, give them nothing ? No..

Everyone gets all 4, if you don't like it, then cover your eyes when you look at your skillsheet.

Better to have a skill and never need/want it, than not have a skill you wanted because of some arbitrary decision by a dev or GM..

Well you are wrong. Statement from CCP was something of "if you can fly it..." , so how smart is that?
If you don't have racial cruiser on at least lvl3, you can't fly it.
In other words, you won't get racial BC for race you don't fly.

Destroyer and Battlecruiser reimbursement: it has been said before, but allow us to repeat again, that we do not want to cut ships you can already fly. Thus, having BC skill at 5 would mean you get all four variations at 5.

Stop meddling with how i fly ships i already own and make some new ships / space / missons or something new and original !


CCP have had upwards of 2K Euros out of me and i think i deserve a say in how the game moves forwards ......

Just pod yourself until Caldari BC is completely gone. Problem solved.
