Brings some interesting options to a blackjack style game. They should have a boardgame of space combat though.

Adding to that even more useful would be the ability to "program" ships in a sort of 3d scale, to demonstrate the max use of fittings, how to move etc. Kinda like This and This Comnbined, if that makes any sence ;)

Daevonar Minmatar Starfish Operating Syndicate	Posted - 2008.11.17 22:19:00 - [42] I'd love to see a mini game that involved you being plugged in to a spaceship of some kind, going out in to space and being able to fight other ships, what would be really cool would be if some of those were piloted by other players as well.... a kind of... multiplayer space warfare game. To expand this game you could add other activities... like being able to harness asteroids and moons for resources, or perhaps research items and construct them to fit out your ship. As a kind of level propgression you could get to pilot larger and mor esophisticated ships, that would be able to handle larger and more powerful enemies... you could even vary the way these ships worked as you gained new abilities somehow. In fact I think this would be such a cool and engrossing mini game that I'd love to see CCP invest some time seeing how its full potential can be realised.

Uplink's mood is very similar to Eve's, i'm sure some of the devs know this studio (the one that made the jewel named Darwinia)

Having games you can play while docked adds nothing to the game and only makes dock lobsters even less likely to come out and fight. Do not want. The fitting/combat simulator idea is moronic. You can just undock and do that you know. I'm horrified by the implications of these ideas.
