heh have risk with take over the constellation, or region, frigate is 1 unit, cruiser is 5, bs is 10, titan can be 50 
and you can totally play tower defense games in groups,

Put in a Commodore 64 emulator with the display in-game. Doesn't help with the multiplayer aspect so much but think of Wizball and Elite! Paradroid! That one where you clean teeth!
Also Go. Go is a must. Maybe Chess. The state should be save-able and not deleted at downtime, with server glitches or other random intervals. |

Hmmmmm.
1: Eve, the Card Game done as a Mini game would be amusing.
2: Bobbing for Dysprosium Moons.
3: Whack a Macro Ratter. (Played with a tabletop constellation map and a small mallet).
4: Name That Alt.
5: EVE Lego Extreme.
Scratch that last one, its already coming out in March.

How about a EVE-themed version of settlers of catan? I know they licence the game, since I've seen re-boxings of the game system in a handfull of games.
also, How about in-station cinema that loops a non-stop reel of clear skies from now until eternity? Not exactly a mini-game, but AWESOME!
