Try deleting the SQL temp folder here:

If you're on Vista the location is different but I can't remember where it is.
You may have to stop and restart the SQLEXPRESS windows service through the control panel in order to do this.

Ok ATM I not sure how to get my license again! I paid for it but I am formatted my Hard drive! Is there a link I can get the license again?

I love EMMA and it has been a huge help in my vigorous trading.
My one complaint is with the order notification window... each time EMMA updates and finds unacknowledged expired orders, it opens yet another window. It would be great if it would either update the first order notification window opened or close the open notification window(s) when opening a new one.

I installed EMMA a long time ago and it didn't full work. Kept crashing.
Figured I'd reinstall it and give it a go.. However it says my trial is expired.. I deleted every registry key and every file associated with this thing.. Good prevention you have to keep people from reinstalling.. Not so good for people who are wanting to give it a second chance...
Any help?

Had trouble inputting my license key, keeps saying its invalid.
Also, does EMMA pickup blueprints that are in research? I find that the majority of my missing NAV are into blueprints that are being researched.

^^ What Hamster said - that said, just to make sure I cover it:
Sent you a quick response re: your license key. Are you sure you are entering the character name full, with spaces and capitalization etc? The character name and license key are linked - you must put both in exactly as in the eve mail you were sent.
If still having trouble, please reply to the in game response and I'll be in touch.
