Those services cost between 1M and 10M isk and attempt to draw your attention by offering 'lifetime' service or 'immediate' access, but they have always kept some hurdles in place, such as the multi-million isk fee and extremely limited locations. It is my mission to take away those last hurdles and offer this service for free on a universal scale. No matter where you are, you will have access to my service within a few jumps of your current location. Getting jumpclones was never easier! What I offer: Access to jumpclone facilities of 74 stations in 61 systems in 15 regions of all empires; high sec, low sec and even 0.0! Over 70 offices all over the universe, in or near stations with jumpclone facilities as well as on strategic locations; apply anywhere! Stay in EACS corp for up to five (5) days; no rush in creating the jumpclones! No fees except for NPC fees when creating the jumpclones; no corp tax! How does it work? You will be getting access to the jumpclone facilities based on the corporation standings of EACS, so you will have to apply to EACS. Once you've been accepted to the corp you can create jumpclones after which you're done and can leave the corp again. The jumpclones will stay until you manually destroy them. Getting into EACS might take a day or so, but the actual creation of jumpclones can be done in a few minutes. Here's a comprehensive list of what to do: Before you apply: > Make sure you have trained the skill Infomorph Psychology; you will be able to create one jumpclone per level of this skill. The skill has no prerequisites and training it to level 2 or 3 (to get 2 or 3 jumpclones, respectively) will only take a short while. Of course you can train the skill up to 5 to get the maximum of 5 jumpclones. > If you are in a player corp, drop your roles by right-clicking your portrait in ingame chat and selecting the appropriate option. You will be able to leave your corp and join EACS 24 hours after dropping your roles. Joining the corp and getting jumpclones > Go to a station where EACS has an office [see list below] and apply to join. > After your application has been accepted, go to a station with jumpclone facilities (if you aren't in one already) [see list below] and go to the Medical Bay. Select the 'jumpclone' tab and click the 'install' button. The NPCs will charge you 100k isk for this. > If you want more jumpclones, go to another station with jumpcone facilities and repeat the process. There are several locations where there are a few stations near eachother, making it easy for you to create multiple jumpclones in a short amount of time, these locations are listed below. > Leave EACS. Once you're done, you can leave EACS. There's no rush so take your time; you will have 5 days to complete the process. I will kick anyone who's been in the corp for more than 5 days to prevent the corp from losing standings. If you've used the service to create a jumpclone and decide you want more jumpclones, or if you've been kicked after 5 days before you were done, just reapply! It is no problem at all.
Estel Arador Minmatar	Posted - 2008.12.03 22:04:00 - [2] Questions Is the service really free? It is.I charge you absolutely nothing for this service and you will encounter no 'hidden costs'. The only costs you'll have is the NPC charge of 100k isk when creating the jumpclone. The corp tax rate is 0%, so if you run a mission while in the corp you won't lose any of the rewards. How can you offer this service for free? I can do this for free because I ignore basic economic principles. I have made a huge initial investment in getting the standings required; operating costs of this service are a few million isk a month for office fees.; I could also sell the corp for a few 100 million isk if I wanted to. If I ignore the initial investment and the oportunity cost, it will only cost me a few million a month to provide the service. That's why I have chosen to use the corp to provide a service to the community for free, Spreading the Love. Are there any risks? It is impossible for me to take anything from you. I'm not asking you to give anything to me before or after providing the service and it's impossible to take anything from you without your consent. In theory, if you have any items in your personal hangar in a station where the corp has an office, I could view them û some people have a problem with that, but I can never take anything. There is a small risk from though: since game mechanics allow corpmates to shoot eachother, there's the possibility that someone else using (or abusing, in this case) the service might take a shot at you. That risk isn't very high though and you can take steps to minimise it by not staying in the corp longer than needed and using frigates for travel while in the corp. Where can I apply? At any of the stations with offices listed below. How long does it take for my application to be processed? I'll try to process application at least once a day. What can I do while in the corp? There's nothing you can't do, though I would ask you to behave while in the corp. Talking smack and/or shooting corpmates will get you kicked without warning. If you're a scammer, please keep a low profile while in EACS. There's nothing wrong with honest piracy or simply carebearing though. Corp tax is at 0% so you will not lose any of your mission rewards. Where can I create jumpclones? At any of the stations with jumpclone facilities listed below. How many jumpclones can I create? That's determined by how high you've trained Infomorph Psychology, you can get 1 jumpclone per level in that skill. There is no limit imposed by EACS or the NPCs (though you can only have 1 jump clone per station, so you will have to go to another station to create another jumpclone). Will any more locations be added? I probably will be expanding in the Gallente area. Expansion in Caldari and Amarr regions is more difficult because I can only get standings with Minmatar and Gallente corporations. I am looking for a few good Min/Gal corps which also have stations in Caldari and Amarr regions. Is there any way to contribute to this service? The best way is to post in this thread and telling your friends about this service. Donations to the corp (either in isk transferred to the corp or items dropped in the corp hangar) will be used to pay for office fees. As you can see most people are in the corp only for a very short while, which is not surprising as it takes only a few minutes to create jumpclones once you're accepted! For the record, yesterday one person joined the corp. (I've already included the people who joined/left this morning in the table, but I'll post a grand total in tomorrows bump.)
