6-man corps? I'd be thrilled if I were in a 6-man corp!
As it stands, I currently have 2 lone wolf corps, and I might make a 3rd for this character. If any 15 care to help me turn 'em all into 6-man operations, let me know!
You know what's great about it? I never get station camped because some d*ckhead higher in the corporate strata decided to get into a p*ssing contest over who has the bigger e-peen. I suffer the consequences of the sh*t that I step in rather than someone else tossing me on the poo pile.
It may not be worth a damn to you folks who think Internet spaceships is serious business, but it's totally worth a damn to folks like me who don't care to be bothered with working for someone else's goals in a fictional world.

I was in a one man corp but had to leave quickly cos I got caught for corp theft. If I hadn't been in highsec, I would have podded me for that.

take a look around... practically every low-sec POS is from a "6 man corp". They are mostly alt corps too.
But, they serve a purpose.

Because just maybe not all of us can be arsed logging in whenever the alliance/big corp wants another member in a fleet. Oh and alot of corps etc want you on vent these days, never did care for repeating myself and asking others to repeat themselfs cause either someone talked over them, they talked away from the mic or just general interference.

The reason there are so many six person corps is that most 100 man corps are really 6 members plus 94 random players they talked into acting like a piggy bank.

Personally from experience... I at one time had over 50 people in this corps first reincarnation.
I learned quickly that running 50+ man corps requires either multiple leaders, or one highly active ceo, which is rough as corp theft runs rampant.
So as to why I am running a small 5 man corp, we are just friends that like to shoot stuff, and fit into the bigger picture of fighting the minmatarr and gallente.

Because my 10 person corporation (which is actually pretty much just alts) is most likely worth more isk than any corporation you've ever been in.
And it annoys you, which is certainly a plus.
