Nice wish almightybig.
They did confirm though that they are still on schedule for a Q3 release. That means that we should have Shiva on our desktops and laptops no later than September 30.

you must be an dreamer...
even if they make it until the 30th of Sept. there will be so many bugs that'll be unplayable for at least 2 maybe 3 days.....or at least server up......server down.....server up.....
But i'll bet they won't make it for the sheduled date, never ever !

Lil miss you stfu....I pay to play this game just like everyone else. I have a right to complain about ****ty service and a half finished product. I have been playing this game for more than a year now and it has come a long way for sure. But it's not good enough. I don't settle for mediocrity in RL why should I here? The dangling of the carrot trick is wearing off and its time to deliver. I'm sure alot of peeps have more than one account like myself. So $30/mo is alot to pay for empty promises and delayed patch releases.

Seriously though, I have faith. I think they can do it. Now, Q3 officially ends midnight of September 30 and I am not saying that CCP will release it much earlier than that, but I still hold that it will be out sometime around there.
So like some have said. Lets be motivational and not detrimental. We know CCP is working hard over there. I mean c'mon, look how much more stable the servers have been these last two weeks.

Well, the simple truth of the matter is that they aren't giving an exact date because they don't -have- an exact date for you. They're working on it as well as they can, but Shiva's fairly involved, code-wise -- and so a ballpark is all that can be given. It's just something you'll have to deal with.
Hell, we all deal with it -- I want Shiva as much as the next person. I just know that I ought to remain calm about it, because getting ****y with CCP isn't going to help any.
