Eurozone, close to iceland, english speaking, low business taxes AFAIK. (no - I'm not irish - nor do I live there) US might be relatively easy (already has an atlanta office) and $-zone and also english speaking. Business taxes might rise though. US has big debt problem. But both ireland or UK would make it much easier for me to attend a fanfest. :-) But I think they intend to stay where they are and the article is mostly for doing pressure on icelandic government to find a way to make life easier for CCP.
