Do-It-All ... badly.
If you want to armor tank that thing, why do you have a Shield Hardener in there ? And a module to boost the passive shield regen ?
Sensor booster and ECCM ? WTF ?
You want to mine, with a single, Tech 1, mining laser ?
I would love to see that thing in a level 4 mission ... with the really low armor resistances it has, the small amount of armor HP, and half the DPS of a 'standard' raven, it will melt while failing to kill anything BS-sized ...
