It's a cat and mouse game with varying results. But one thing these people cannot and will not do is talk about the technical details of anti-spammer mechanics on a public forum. While the individuals who do the actual farming may have very little technical knowledge, the fact that selling in-game items is a multi-million dollar industry means that the companies who engage in illegal RMT can hire some very clever people of their own to figure out how to bypass blocks, heuristics, kapchas and other barriers to entry. We're not going to give those folks a free handout. CCP does nothing to get rid of farmers and we know it. Don't spread propaganda. The same farmers that we all know and love are still here. A guy I petitioned for isk spamming YESTERDAY is in game right now. Lies...

Stating the obvious that an overwhelming majority of your farmers is in fact from China is not racist. In all the years I have hunted and talked to farmers to reveal their secrets I have run into very few farmers that were not Chinese. I think 3 or 4 in the last 2 years. The rest all Chinese, and tens of thousands of them. So, 99% of your isk farmers are in fact Chinese. Never met a Russian isk farmer.. altho they are rumored to exist. Met a Mexican one, and one in the Philippines... Few others in South America...

It's a blatant attack on the right of free speech. If you criticize China in any way while in China, you'll be spending some time at a re-education camp. I find it deeply disturbing that people in western democracies are actually clamoring to have the same thing done to them.
