im not going to be buying any caldari elite frigates until the price of grav reactors are affordable
the crow is a flyby ship, flyby propulsion jamming and keeping out or range of close range fighters, or just getting too close to longer range oponents
the whole tactic of mode taranis piliots is to park on someones bow and open fire with blasters, deny them that close proximity and they barley scratch you, and if theyre using long range rails, then orbit at less than 5k and they wont hit you, every attack has a counter

just to clue some of you in lots of ppl use ions donest mean everyone does... I dont and i havent lost to another taranis yet. or any other inty for that matter

vs taranis the only thing that really matters is speed.... if he goes faster then you he wins if you go faster then him you win. In a 3 mid interceptor you can web back.... so if you move faster then the nis under web you win. The 2 mid interceptors on the other hand give good damage >10km so you can run a 20k scram. This WTFPWNS your cap but you've got 4 lows to boost it with, sure this means this loadout isnt quite as powerfull vs other ships but thats the price you pay.
Id run something like
Highs
3x 250/280 1x rocket launcher
mids
1mn t2 mwd 1 20k scram
lows
1x overdrive 2-3x cpr 1x micro aux
Start off with a full set of cap relays then cut it back till you findout how many you need, orbit @ 15 and the whole lot go.
