yeah but that does put us on unequal steps. billionairs getting richer without doing anything! this has to be stopped with introducing progressive wealth taxes. there is no other way. otherwise you degrading 90% of the eve players.

the problem is that you sometimes get the same mission offered again just after declining teh firs. so the 4h timer does not work. there should be a delay.. lets say 30min if you decline a mission you dont get it offered again bevore this time..
