Show me a passive RS fit that can tank better than a passive Ishtar with the same dps.... Show me a RS fit that can do the same DPS and tank of a Domi at the same cost... Show me a decent RS PVP fit... RS is overall very bad to be a pirate fact...

Ty for all your answers, but I'm not yet convinced that RS is on pair with other Faction BSs. I tried in EFT all the combination suggested and other faction fitting but its always much worse than others ( e.g. Machariels, Vargur etc... and even D...
