Stabber is a great first cruiser....I've been using one for a year and a half..kinda stuck on it. Stabber's speed is its greatest advantage over all other cruisers..use that to your advantage. Its faster than a Merlin but a MWD still helps to keep...

Rifter's are best going fast..train for MWD and you can go 2.6 m/sec with cap relays or power diagnostics. Then use 2 launchers with your favorite missles..and whater 2 guns you can fit and you are set.

If cruise missles are going to be taken away from frigates...can at least FoF cruise be left alone..and if they are to be taken away I want those tech II heavies NOW that the NPCs use to kill my frigates from over 50 km. What good is a 60+ km targ...

It really isnt a problem of frigates...its a problem of battleships. Battleships should be used for long range(having limited short range defense): tactical targets like other battleships and cruisers, and strategic targets like Titans, stations, ...

You can force a module to go offline in fitting by putting some "temporary" high power items on first...then fit you MWD or whatever and it will be offline due to lack of power or CPU...then remove the temp items..and the offline mod remains offli...
