Im not in the UK but I find most every game store has it but most of them dont put it on the shelves as it doesnt sell well. You just have to ask and someone will usually run and get it from behind the counter or from back storage.

You guys are doing an AWESOME JOB of not answering the OP's question. Id like to know too but I've never seen the green on the pop ups, only the yellow, orange and red. If you open the combat log you can see the details but it's still confusing.
