There are whole regions in 0.0 where NBSI does not apply, infact you get rejected & hunted if your found shooting in such regions. The main problem for people who want to setup these types of havens, are generally pirates / gankers / roaming gangs...

Smart Bombs are the answer though mate, your right there. Just have to be careful fireing them, probly best setting to manual & just hit them for 1 blast at a time when you know nothings in-range. -------------------------- RARR
