Do level 2 missions - you can make 1 to 2 mil isk an hour. In a Car it should be easy and quick. You can be in a Ferox in a couple of days.

WIth the right fitting - 5 rails (250mm) and AB for npcing you could then fly in and pick them off at optimal range - u would not need the NOS and can use 3 LE with Rat specifc hardner or charger....? Guess there are many variations on this. But...
