My corp has always been small, probably under most peoples radar. Most of our EVE life has been spent in 0.0 space. We have all been there and "handled"it.If anything, it was easier because we could shoot anybody there and not get concorded.

If you want a challenge, try doing them with a ship from the 3 "non-god" races.I feel it will be a very long time before there is a "Caldari-rebalance" so it might be your best option.

Code the game to allow them only one copy. If they aquire another it can be locked from production while the first remains active. This might force them to diversify instead of monopolize. Might also spur competition.

The true downside to this is that it penalizes the races who use blasters and autocannons. It can still be done, but using an afterburner to get close really increases the mission time.
