I don't think they really care. They only made one statement in the thread referenced above. I provided plenty of ammo too. My Ammo on the CTD/Freeze Issue

My Dad plays on 56k regularly with no problems. On big patch days...he drives 60 miles round trip to my house to get a cd :) I think he should save his gas and just get broadband..but..hey..what do I know :)

The funny thing is that I didn't have these issues at all prior to patch. I was using a 1 year old driver for my vid card...everything was stable. 100% stable. I'm just getting a bit sick of not getting any input from them on this.

Most of the crash to desktop issues are happening when in full screen, or when running another window (say for music or something), or when alt-tabbing. These are the issues of which I speak. And please....anyone..don't say "just play in windowed...
