hmm actually when I noticed things were going downside-up I tried to access forums to see if there were reported problems and the forums were down too. Main page was fine, but kept getting errors for the forums page...came back about 3 mins after ...

Not lousy customner service, but more server instability. I have always found customer service to be pretty good, and in 3 years of playing this is the second crash I have been part of. I know there are more, but I guess I have been lucky.
