Put a can out. Aggro the pirate. If it's really consensual it shouldn't matter. And once your sec is bad enough, you aggro anyway. =)

Constant antipie blobsquads in any lowsec sound risky enough to me. Every second target is bait. And if it's not, it's usually not worth it.

I'd agree with you on the navy augoror, using it as a bait tank ship would be my first idea. In a slave +5% armor clone you can get 240k EHP even with low-end faction (e.g. dark blood/true sansha) hardeners. Crazy fitting nontheless.
