Im afraid that setup isnt going to work, It uses more CPU and powergrid than you can get with lvl 5 maxed skills. You are going to need to sacrifice something to lower powergrid and also slap on at least 1 photonic cpu II. Also as a recomendation ...

I have been playing about with large projectiles atm and they suck maybe its cos you cant get emp or plutonium ammo for them im not sure but all I know is they do less damage in more time than medium turrets even with 7 looted gryrostabilizers on....
