The simple reason people complain about Lvl4 missions is the fact that they are 99% risk free. Yes you earn more in 0.0, but only if you have the system to yourself and no hostiles. I've been in many 0.0 regions and all of them had several players...

I think your banne ddue to the 1000 cans, you dont need 1000 to test if they pop with a SB. 1000 cans cause lag, sisi is nothing like TQ, you lag bombed it.

Create New petition Just explain your stuck in Jita a GM will move you. Jita is a problem system especially on a Sunday. Either travel through early in the day or avoid, best avoid.
