yes.. because going to lowsec is magically going to change the PI costs. Oh wait.. that means that the people who have POCO's are going to want to recover the cost of their 100m investment by charging non blue's at LEAST 20% IE 10% more then high...

5. New Dev Blog - Learning skills are going away - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
maybe what they should have done is give every one 10 points and an inherent 10% bonus.. That way everyone that did train things to 5 would have the exact same training speed, and those that didn't would train faster. but I guess that would be co...

6. New Dev Blog - Learning skills are going away - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]

Edited by: Eradiani on 02/12/2009 06:33:02 yeah I know to me it definitely sounds like it's only on the convergence from trial to activation, it's just poorly worded. Because it's on the re-activation page, which you only are re-activating onc...

14. Are missions really that game imbalancing? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
one thing I like to point out Is that everyone talks about min/maxing mission runners that spend billions of isk on their ship setup IE the Marauder pilots, with pith/gist/etc gear as far as I'm concerned 0.0 players shouldn't be crying in this...

yeah I see a lot of people quoting 30-40m per hour to over-emphasize a problem. I'm running 2 accounts with pretty optimal setup/skills and barely averaging out 25m. If the salvager wasn't also my account it would have been well closer to 12.5m p...
