wtf?.. w/o ice harv upgrade my mining cycle takes 450 seconds.. with ice upgrades my cycle takes 454.27 seconds ???!!!!! there is also no other modification.. so WTF???

tho it'll be about 27 more days till i'll have my transport ship.. i checked on market today.. and surprise.. imepl was nerfed with 900 m3 and occator was nerfed with 1000 m3.. the before patch cargos were 4900 for impel and 6000 for occator.. i d...
