The fault lies in the driver because it is the driver that crashed. The name of the driver is usually shown on the blue screen. Most likely it is your video or sound driver.

The BSOD tells you which driver crashed. Replace it.

I'd be happy if they reduced the calibration required for T2 Gravity Capacitor rigs. As it is these are useless because they require 300 calibration, so you can't fit two on a cov ops.

They actually aren't that hard to destroy when they just have armor and structure to get though with no shields or hardeners. Hell of an expensive way to stop bubbles.

I have seen screwy stuff like this as well with PE4. I've done builds where the waste on some materials is 0% and on others is 15%, when both should be ~5% due to high ME and me only having PE 4.
