Hi, Bit of a newbie question, but how do you operate the doomsday device? Do you need the cyno feild open for an hour to fire it? or can you for example, sneak a recon ship, uncloak, cyno, and blow up a fleet? Thanks.

Thanks for the guide, its very helpful. I have a few questions tho. 1. Do you NEED instas? or is it that instas only help if your in a slow ship like a BS/BC and stop you getting killed on approach to the gate. So if i was planning to move to 0.0...
