2. Getting Concorded. - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Apparently, it actually lasts for 20 minutes, despite claiming "15 Minutes" on the countdown. Why don't they just set the interface to display 20 minutes of aggression? I headed out after it had indeed counted down to zero and showed nothing on...

3. Getting Concorded. - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]

5. Skills - What Happens Next? - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
Another thing for the new people is that level III is just fine for most all skills. It takes you a couple days to get to that point (depending on the rank of the skill involved - with a rank one skill, only a day). And Combat can be amazingly fun...

7. What race ideally? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
That is his rank in the "Learning" learning skill being factored in. He simplifies as he goes across the calculation, so that is where he is calculating out the 10% bonus to each that he is receiving from it. That's all there is to it.

9. Why make the new learning skills require lvl 5 of the curent ones? - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
The attributes for Learning Skills are Memory and Intelligence. Just raise them up to level five (along with learning) for now. Once the advanced learning skills come out, raise up those three as high as you have patience for, then go back and do ...

11. Skill training system - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I don't understand why they refuse same skill queueing. The end result of this is that all too often there are people who sign on and sign off for the purpose of changing a skill (as they were training something relatively short and just need to n...

15. 2,000,000 skill points - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Under the Asteroids (or whatever it is called indeed) is a great tune. It is the only one in the game that I've found myself humming. I too have just recently surpassed the 2 million mark, however I am sure that I have a completely different skil...

16. True that frigates warp at 6 au/sec? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Also, if you think of certain other universes like say David Weber's "Honor Harrington" stuff - the tiny ships are the really fast ones. The big ships are slow hulking brutes. There are plenty of reasons they can give why a small ship can go faste...
