Domi is an awesome ship, if you have the skills to fly one, correct fitting and know how to fly it. Any ship close up vs a domi is going to get pwned if EW isnt used, EW is the one thing that can really counter the NOS. However if the domi got it...

using medium guns kills both the tempest ship bonuses ROF and Dmg to large guns, fit 425's leave the mediums at home or pick another ship.

switch out the nanofibers for a t2 armor repairer and a wcs. Add a rocket launcher with defenders as well. Scoundrel for hire. Dragons Rescued, Virginity Cured. No Brigandry Too Small. No Fee Too Large.
