I think you'd need to be very very careful with some of them (22.5% bonus to tracking? ) to make sure they'd not be overpowered, but in theory /signed ---------- It's great being minmatar, ain't it

While buying blueprints from NPCs you currently have no way of telling if your buying orignial prints, or copies. Please can you clarify on the description or on the name if you are orignials. This could be achieved simply and easily by adding BPO...
