again you have to get over the fact that not every one likes pvp, for you it may be the best thing ever, myself i dont mind a bit of pvp from time to time as im exploring but im not a huge fan of pvp only stuff.

ooo heres another idea, the rewards would be based on how far you get into these complexes along with weather or not you manage to compleat them If you manage to get 1/3rd into it you get a decant amount of faction ammo, maby a few faction weapon...
